About APISign
APISign is an e-signature service built to be driven by software. A contract is a Markdown document, sending it is one API call, and an AI agent can do the whole job over MCP without a person clicking through a signing dashboard.
What it does
You write a contract in Markdown with {{variables}} for the parts that change, or import the Word document you already have. Fill in the variables, add signers, and send.
Each signer gets an email with a private link. They don't need an account; they review the document in the browser and draw their signature. When everyone has signed, the final PDF is emailed to every signer and to you. It carries a SHA-256 completion seal and a link to a public page where anyone can check it.
Every view and signature is logged with time, IP address and device, and each event can be pushed to your systems as a signed webhook.
Ways to use it
MCP server
Twelve tools at https://apisign.io/mcp for listing, creating and sending templates and contracts. Claude Code, Cursor and any MCP client that can send an API key header can use it.
Read the docsREST API
The same operations as JSON over HTTPS, authenticated with an x-api-key header, plus signed webhooks for every step of a contract.
Read the docsDashboard
Write templates in Markdown with a live preview, import Word files, and send and track contracts by hand when no code is involved.
Read the docsHow it's priced
$0.25 each time a contract is sent. There is no subscription, no per-seat charge and no minimum, and every new account starts with 20 free contracts. Test contracts are free. Full pricing
Software that sends contracts sends a lot of them, and a per-seat plan doesn't fit an agent. Paying per contract does.
