- All renewals and extensions of copyright
- All claims and causes of action for past infringement

This assignment is effective throughout the world for the full term of the copyright and any extensions.

## 7. INDEMNIFICATION

The Assignor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Assignee from any claims arising from breach of the above warranties.

## 8. FURTHER ASSURANCES

The Assignor agrees to execute any additional documents and take any actions necessary to perfect this assignment, including assisting with copyright registration.

## 9. CREDIT/ATTRIBUTION
