## 12. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party is liable for cancellation due to circumstances beyond their control (weather, venue closure, government restrictions, etc.). Parties will work together to reschedule or negotiate a refund.

## 13. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

The Performer maintains liability insurance covering:
